Bourbon Whiskey Atlas is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our returns policy below to determine if your item qualifies for a return, refund, or exchange.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.

• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

• The item is returned in original packaging, including any accessories or documentation.

• The item is not restricted from return under alcohol shipping laws (e.g., opened bottles or items shipped to prohibited states may not qualify).

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will:

• Cover the cost of return shipping or arrange courier pickup

• Offer a replacement or full refund once the item is returned

Please provide photos of the damaged or incorrect items when you contact us to expedite resolution.

🔄 Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for most items under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

• Products must be unopened and in original condition

• Exchanges are subject to product availability

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was delivered damaged or in error

To initiate an exchange, please email us with your order number and the product you’d like in exchange.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or in error.

• We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Bourbon Whiskey Atlas is not liable for lost or damaged returns.

💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days (typically sooner). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

• Refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider

• While we strive to present accurate product images and descriptions, minor variations may occur. In the case of older or collectible bottles, conditions may vary slightly. Any exceptions will be noted in the product description.

• If you are not completely satisfied with your item for any reason, you may return it within 14 days under the terms outlined above.

📩 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email us at info@bourbonwhiskeyatlas.com with your order number and reason for return

2. Include photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

3. Send the product back securely packaged to the address above

4. Include a copy of your original invoice in the return package

5. Clearly label the package as “RETURN” and cover/remove any other shipping labels
