🚚 Delivery Information

At Bourbon Whiskey Atlas, we are committed to delivering your order safely, quickly, and securely across the United States—where permitted by law. Below you’ll find all the essential information regarding our delivery services, timeframes, restrictions, and what to expect when ordering from us.


📦 Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery service operates Monday through Friday during normal business hours. All orders require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. To ensure timely receipt of your package, please make sure someone is available to sign at the delivery address.

Shipping Times (after processing):

 We use USPS/ UPA, DHL, and OSM to deliver the product. 
  • Mainland U.S.: 3–7 business days

  • Alaska & Hawaii: 5–10 business days

  • Rural or remote areas may take longer

Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will be notified if an item is temporarily out of stock.

Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method selected.


Express Delivery

We offer Next-Day or Two-Day shipping options on eligible orders. To qualify for express delivery:

  • Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM (CST) on a business day

  • Express service is not available in restricted states or PO Box addresses

  • An adult must be available to sign for the package

Please note: While we do our best to meet express delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or courier issues may occasionally impact delivery times.


📍 Delivery Address Requirements

We can deliver to:

  • Residential addresses

  • Business addresses (with a person present to receive and sign)

  • Alternate addresses (e.g., gifts), as long as someone 21+ is available to sign

We cannot deliver to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • U.S. Military Bases (APO/FPO)

  • International addresses (currently)


🧾 Order Insurance

  • All orders are automatically insured up to $500 USD at no additional cost.

  • Orders valued above $500 may incur a small insurance surcharge, disclosed at checkout.

  • If your insured item is lost or significantly damaged in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim or issuing a replacement/refund where applicable


📦 Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packaging each order to ensure your bottles arrive in excellent condition. However, if your parcel shows visible damage or leakage upon delivery, we kindly ask that you:

  • Refuse the package

  • Notify the courier to return it to sender

  • Contact us at info@bourbonwhiskeyatlas.com with your order number and photos of the damage

We will promptly process a replacement or refund for any damaged items.


Delays & Weather Exceptions

While we strive to meet all delivery timeframes, we are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, courier issues, holidays). If your delivery is unacceptably delayed despite on-time dispatch from our facility, we’ll do our best to secure a partial refund or credit where appropriate.


❗ Important Notes:

  • An adult 21+ signature is required by law for all alcohol deliveries.

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

  • Orders with invalid or incomplete shipping addresses may be delayed until corrected.
