Circumstance Organic Single Grain Barley Whisky
This Bristolian whisky was made with organic malted barley, un-malted barley and roasted barley. The mash was then fermented for 14 days – an extremely long fermentation – with saison, Belgian abbey and strong ale yeasts. Matured for three years in new European oak, ex-bourbon and oloroso sherry casks, this whisky displays notes of pecan, milk chocolate, plum jam and baking spice.
