Redbreast PX Edition

A limited-edition single pot still Irish whiskey from Redbreast’s Iberian series, Redbreast PX has been initially matured in bourbon casks and oloroso sherry casks, before being finished in Pedro Ximenez hogsheads from the south of Spain. Aromas of toasted nuts, warm baking spices and sweet dried fruits fill the nose, complemented by notes of vanilla, toasted oak, dates, raisins, plums, cherries and orange zest throughout the palate. Try pairing this whiskey with Jamon Iberico, dark chocolate or Tortas de Aceita.
